EthosTek connects US organisations with the technology they need and the people who can run it. We came out of the IT sector ourselves, which is why we treat both sides of that as a matter of judgement rather than volume.
Our mission
What we're here to do
To fuel the success of our clients, and to give the people we work with genuine opportunities to build a career. We measure ourselves on work that lasts and placements that stick, not on projects started or requisitions closed.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. A firm optimising for closed requisitions sends you volume and lets you sort it out. A firm optimising for outcomes sends you fewer people, tells you when a requirement cannot be filled as written, and occasionally talks you out of the thing you asked for. We would rather be the second kind, even when it costs us the work.
The technology market is crowded and most of it sounds identical. We would rather be specific: here is what we do, here is how we do it, and here is when you should call someone else.

Who is EthosTek?
EthosTek is a technology company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We deliver enterprise digital solutions and supply specialist IT talent to US organisations. Our team came up through the IT sector, which is why our assessment of both work and people is technical rather than superficial.
What makes EthosTek different from a general IT firm?
Two things. We do delivery and talent under one roof, so we can staff what we build and build what we staff. And our people came from inside the sector, so requirements get interrogated properly before anything is proposed — including when the honest answer is that you need something other than what you asked for.
How does EthosTek approach a new engagement?
We understand the requirement first. Before any proposal, we establish what the system has to do, what constrains it, and what success looks like to the people funding it. Then we scope honestly, including the parts we think are harder than they look.
