Who we are

What information we collect

We collect information you actively give us, plus limited technical data:

• Information you submit through our forms. Depending on the form, this includes your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, location, the role you are hiring for or seeking, your technology area, work preferences, availability, a link to your resume or professional profile, and anything you write in a message field.
• Attribution data. When you submit a form, we record the page you submitted from, the referring website, and any campaign parameters in the URL. This is held in your browser's session storage and sent with your enquiry so we understand how people find us.
• Analytics data, only if you consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects standard usage data with IP anonymisation enabled. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no Google Analytics script is loaded.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers, government identification, or similarly sensitive data through this website.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and to contact you about it.
• For candidates: to assess your background against live and upcoming roles, and to discuss opportunities with you.
• For clients: to understand your hiring requirement and to propose suitable candidates.
• To improve this website and understand which content is useful.

We never submit a candidate to a client without that candidate's agreement on the specific role.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is necessary to provide our services or where we are legally required to:

• Clients, where you are a candidate and have agreed to be submitted for a specific role.
• Service providers who help us operate, including our email delivery provider and, where configured, our applicant tracking or CRM system. These providers process data on our instructions only.
• Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no analytics or marketing cookies unless you accept them. The consent banner controls whether Google Analytics loads at all — declining means the script is never requested. A single browser storage entry records your choice so we do not ask again.

You can clear this choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser, which will bring the banner back.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email hr@ethostek.com and we will respond promptly.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and delivered to our team by email and, where configured, to our applicant tracking system. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
